The initial interview with Bella Vie was amazing! Both the owner and the head of the care team made a visit! Immediately, we were impressed by the knowledge, the compassion, and the various thoughts of what they could do to help my mom! The caregiver that came out the first day was amazing! Unfortunately, she encountered a family issue and could not make it the next day. The Bella Vie team immediately brought a replacement; however, the employee was absolutely horrific. Again, the Bella Vie management team made immediately adjustments and were extremely compassionate. Since then, we had another caretaker that Mom absolutely loved, but she was extremely undependable and we were forced to change once again. This last caretaker has bonded with my mom and is extremely helpful and dependable!
